Our Test Series are Digital Products. Once payment is made and content is accessed, no refunds will be provided. We strongly encourage you to use our "Free Demo Tests" before purchasing to ensure the product meets your needs.

Technical Issues

Payment Deducted Twice

If a payment is deducted twice, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days. Please contact us immediately with proof of duplicate deduction.

Access Issues

Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once placed as digital access is granted instantly. However, if you encounter technical issues preventing you from accessing your purchase, we will provide technical support at no additional cost.

Subscription Validity

The validity period (e.g., 6 months, 1 year) is mentioned at the time of purchase. Access will automatically expire after the validity period ends. Subscriptions cannot be extended unless explicitly specified at purchase.
